In-Field Pick-ups: Our staff can arrange for our crews to dig the stock you want for pick-up in the field.

Holding Yard Pick-ups: You can pick-up field grown tree inventory—being held under drip irrigation—which is immediately available, even out of season. Large quantities of stock are available from our holding yards that can accommodate 10,000 trees on drip irrigation.

Privatized Holding Areas: Bluff Creek staff can arrange to hold your tagged trees, on drip irrigation, until your projects are underway. Contact us for further details.

Staging Pick-ups: Landscape contractors, re-wholesalers, and other quantity buyers can select staged semi-trailer pick-ups to free up drivers, trailers and to facilitate ease of transfers directly to the job site.

Private Pick-ups: Rather than dictate pick-up times, we welcome the opportunity to schedule individual pick-ups at times convenient to our customers. We understand that coordinating your employees and equipment is challenging enough. Scheduled pick-ups allow for seamless loading and delivery of our trees to your job sites with limited downtime for your equipment. We strive to accommodate your needs. call us to schedule your private pick-ups.

Private Site Visits — by Appointment. When arrangements are made in advance customers are welcome to visit the Big Rock and Hinckley Nursery to meet with Bluff Creek Farm staff and tour our operations areas, growing fields, and drip-irrigated holding yards and fields.

We request advance arrangements be made for site visits so that staff will have the time necessary to meet with you, tour the facilities and review ordering and pick-up options.

We would be delighted to assist you with accommodations for your visit.

Private Tagging. Established clients routinely place their bulk orders for Bluff Creek Farm field grown trees by phone or e-mail. However, they may choose to make a site visit to tag trees in the field or holding areas. Contact us for details regarding field and holding area tagging procedures.
